Noise

Dodge Stratus 2000 4D When I turn the stering wheel to the left even slightly I hear a noise, I've rotated the tires & checked the tread. When I turn to the right I don't hear the noise. Can anyone help me? It's only when I'm driving down the road past about 35 or 40mph.

what kind of noise is it? Is it a ticking sound? A bump sound?
