Video camera

Just letting you fellas know..I just bought myself a $500 sony video camera and I'm about to go test it out. So I'll have some videos of races tonight if everything goes smooth. :) So um..could someone put some directions in here as to how to post videos? haha....Thanks!!

Download the video from your camera, compress it as much as possible, using Divx, or something. Then find a site willing to host it, and let AF enjoy the GT.

I have no idea what I did wrong..but the end result of the video was really bad...like it didn't download the video straight to my computer...it just turned it into some weird collage of video. It suckssssss.

Damn this is pissing me off. The video is very very good quality and has some really good races...but I just can't seem to get it in it's entirety onto my computer. The best I could do was a weird 2 minute collage with soft music. It was totally not fitting.

What kinda connection are you using to upload it to your computer?

Good luck with figuring out the formats, took me forever w/ my camera. If things turn out well, ill make the drive from Towson/Baltimore to be in a vid.

Okay! I got the video figured out and all..but I'm not very pleased with my camera mans performance..it's decent..but ehh. I'm sorry I might have to keep you guys waiting another weekend to get some footage. But, I'm charging my camera right now and I'm about to go cruise and see what I can find. I got a good video today...it's me playing around with a 500hp LS1 trans am. Theres one 'race' but it's mostly just riding around. Good quality and all. If anyone wants to host it, comment.

Btw if i could make one suggestion: don't put a soundtrack, i would much rather hear the engines.

Well, I've seen people with videos on their cardomain sites..I wonder if they host video...or did he just have it hosted elsewhere.

I make sure to keep the level of the music low.
