transmission kickdown cam

Any idea where I can locate the carburetor kickdown cam (lever) that was used on 67 chevelles with the th400 transmission? It mounts to the carburetor throttle lever and contacts the kickdown switch to engage passing gear. I found the switch itself on ebay and the wiring harness through a catalog. The cam part is not produced any longer by GM and I can't find it reproduced anywhere. I have fabricated a temporay one that works, but would really like to find the right one. The original part number, from my assembly manual, lists it as 3910964.
