lectronic wiring?

hi my car seems to bed bead it worked fine. all of a sudden horn went off and everythign is dead. somethign to do with the alarm hmmm.
now i ripped the entire system out under the wheel.
nothging works anymore not a single light or anything else in the car.

how much would it be to rewire an entire car or just bypass the alarm system
