Having issues with my 2002 zx2

I am having issues with it not wanting to shift into overdrive. Seems like it doesn't really want to go over 60 mph. Gas mileage is going down the drain and the car is completely stock. Any help would be great.

sounds liek ont of teh internal clustches is burnt out or a signal isnt being sent
