the car starts perfectly fine, and in the morning or after sitting for a while runs perfect but if ran longer than like 5 mins it starts to putter like it aint getting gas or something, we have changed the fuel filter, and the air control valve on the intake "i think", and just keeps puttering like it wants to die and wont even go over the speed of like 20 if so starts doing this and sometimes even going 5 miles an hour, and help would be appreciated, thx!

If this model has a carburetor you should check the choke pull offs.
Remove the air cleaner cover after startup, the choke should start to open up within a few seconds

There is a cap on the fuel rail, open it slowly to check for fuel and pressure. Use a rag to prevent gas from getting on a hot motor There is a sock in the fuel tank (a fuel pump pre filter) it may be clogged. You can attach a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail.
Perhaps it would be easier to pay $75.00 to a shop to check it out on a machine

Did you ever get this fixed? If not, check the CPS sensor/wiring.

Which motor and fueling system?
Is the check engine light on? If so, have you checked for trouble codes?

If you're referring to mine, I listed everything on a separate post after looking through this forum at some length. :)
Thank you, in advance. :)
