'94 Firebird Door Panel Removal

Anyone know how to effectively remove the door panels without damaging anything? The only thing I know is that you use a rag and run it in behind the window handle to pop the clip out and it comes off, but what about the rest of the stuff? Thanks in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated.
