Can someone please tell me if my rear shocks and bearing replace ment is going to cost an arma and a leg? I would like to know before I make the appointment. Thanx.

rear shocks probably not but what bearings are getting replaced?

I think you are looking at about 3-4 hrs on the rear, axles have to be pulled, shocks maybe 20 bucks a side. What makes you think you need the bearings done?

Well I finally took Jane in for a 50 point inspection and estimate.
The noise I thought was bad rear bearings turned out to be "bushings for shocks". The new bushings + new shocks(rear) + labor comes to $120.00 mol.
That and my wiggly steering wheel were the only things he was concered with. This was an additional $80.00.
Whew.
Prediction: Over Time

I have some rumbling going in the right rear. I've since found out it's the shock bushing.
