odd smoke?

My 97 gst is all stock with 114,000 miles on it and still kicking good, the only problem i have is that if i leave it at ide for about 10-20 min when i go to take off it will smoke pretty bad, a blue oily smoke but it goes away after 20 sec of driving.

Valve seals are leaking.
