94 Regal Tail Light

Just have a brake and turn signal light out, but can't see how to change the bulbs. Am I a dweebe? I've looked in the trunk, but can't figure how to access from there. Then tried to pop off the tail light from the outside, but may have broken something. Any help ? thanks.

when you open your trunk, pull back the carpet from the weather stripping around the trunk opening. There will be some black plastic wingnuts. take those off and the entire tail light should come off the car when you pull on it. take your light sockets out of the housing and change your bulbs, careful not to touch the bulbs, use a papertowel when installing your new bulbs
