replacing cup holder in '04 Ram 1500

Hi new to the forums here. I would like to know how to go about replacing the cup holder piece in a '04 Ram 1500? Is it that hard to do? I would like to do it myself. I don't have the replacement yet, but was wondering what steps it involves? Thanks

My 98 has a little beefier cup holder. Why do OEM's not leave well enough alone?!

If it is the whole assembly, it should just be two phillips screws one on each side of the holder that hold it in place.
