African greys are pretty damn intelligent. My sister had one back in the day. That bird made soooo many noises....everything from the kids yelling to the beep of the microwave. One time we were babysitting it and it was imitating her and her husband fighting :lol2:

We used to have one back in the day, it's name was Congo.

We used to call it a shithead, so naturally it'd repeat it and say "Congos a shitheeaddd..." in the middle of the night.

Or, it'd call the dogs by their names and whistle. Dogs would come over wondering who called them.

When he got hungry, he'd just go "MEAT!"

haha, holy shit, same here, but my grandad, he had a bird he called shithead, and after about 2 years the bird started saying shithead.

The bird escaped though, Grandad always let him out of the cage, and it was on his shoulder, and the idiot walked outside, and it flew away.

thats sick, I want bird like that.
