Hey guys how do you change spark plugs?
I have a S14 240 with S15 swap in it, so far I have taken the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, battery and took off the air filter and still have not found the spark plugs.
Do I have to take the engine out or use any special tools? I dont want to go to the shop because those noobs don't know sr20det.
Help please!

So you swapped a S15 SR20 in but can't change plugs eh?
They are right on top of your engine. You know, the 4 holes with wires going in them?

alright we don't need people making up names and ridiculous stories about some imaginary guy who "doesn't know how to replace spark plugs even after taking off the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, battery and air filter"
this one is a little obvious seeing as how someone would PROBABLY know how to swap spark plugs if they knew how to take manifolds, batteries and intakes off..
i think this is someone from "the outside" trying to prove we tear noobies to shreads if they ask stupid yet obvious questions
but if you seriously need new spark plugs and don't know how to do it and don't trust a shop to do a job on a car that is a universal maintenance procedure when they're shot, then your car is done. if you drive it more than 50 miles from RIGHT NOW ON, your windshield will explode, your antenna will shoot in the air and become an alien satellite, your wheels will break off and help fight in iraq, your cd player will flee to mexico cause it was probably stolen and your seats will swallow your body whole..

ever heard of lookin at the center between the cam shafts on top of the head? and oh by the way there is no distributors on RWD SR engines, they use coil packs. so take off that metal cover that runs from front to back on top of the head and vola~ spark plug wires!!! then you follow those little buggers and use a spark plug sockeet and turn counter clock wise then you pull up then the plug comes out~!! amazing!!
anyways what kind of fools do you take us for? how da hell are you goin to pull out a intake manifold and not know how to pull plugs out?
and let alone why da hell would you even look at taking out a air filter? you think spark plugs goes into the air filter? thats weird logic.

Nah, all you guys are wrong. Put them on the floorboard. Let em roll around in the sand for a while. Sand cleans them and the cylinders really good.:lol2:
