Doesn't sound like the clutch is the problem...that would be you clutch slave cylinder if you're noticing a difference in how hard it is to push the pedal down. Check the level of the fluid and the color, if it's black or really dark it needs replacing.

Its just strange when i had the old clutch it was stiff, when i drove away with the new one it was REALLY and i mean really light, but now its like the old one was.

hmm if the clutch is functioning properly than I wouldn't give it a second thought.

hmmm, that's kind of odd...the only thing that I can think of that effects the stiffness of the pedal would be the slave cylinder and the clutch (brake) fluid. I think you're supposed to adjust the clutch pedal freeplay after a new clutch is put in after a certain amount of miles with some cars, but I don't know about this one. But if everything works good and the clutch is new then you shouldn't have too much to worry about. I had a similar problem with an Integra I owned...after a few hundred miles the pedal felt like it did right before the old clutch went bad...but it's still lasting w/ the new clutch today and that was 3 years ago and about 40k, so I wouldn't worry about it.

noobs! haha, jk. no, this IS normal, so don't worry bout it. when i had my clutch replaced, i drove it around then came back and asked them why it feels differently. they said its common and happens on every car. it is so becuase when you change the clutch, at first it will engage like its supposed to! you might have felt like the clutch engaged a lot earlier than it would have normally. this is what i experienced at least. i only had to press the clutch pedal halfway in to engage/disengage the clutch, so it grabbed a lot quicker and shifting was fun b/c it was quicker! however, when i give it WOT i mash the accelerator, and consquently i want to mash the clutch when shifting.
i got the normal feel back in about a week or so. it just takes the clutch a little time to get back to your normal driving habits. sorry i can't explain it better. i wish i could. but basically, what you described is normal when a new clutch is installed. but as you said, it has now gotten back to the way it used to be. so its all good.
