When ever i hit the brakes it feels like my front left tire wants to jump off and it also jumps around going anywhere from 50 to 65 mph. The rotors are diamond cut and only 6 months old. Does anyone know what it could be? Because it's driving me nuts.

might be a seized caliper

do you feel it through the peddle as well.. even though there new could be possible it may be a warped rotor.. the way to check that is just drive slow in parking lot or somewhere and then lightly apply pressure to the brakes, if it feels like the brake peddle is pulsing, then it is warped rotor.. ANd just for a tip, to check the back brakes for warped drums, same process but instead of usind brake peddle, pull ebrake slowly untill you feel the brakes engaging then feel for the pulse!! tip of the day!
