Toy Trans. Needed (cont)

Transmission mechanics is not my field. I am wondering which way is the best way to go. Replacing trans w/ rebuilt or going with a master rebuild kit? Should kit also include clutch disk? (89 fwd coupe. 4-af, 3 spd w/OD)
