I posted this questin once before in another area of the forum, but no one has replied to it there but maybe some of you guys can help me out... i have a 95 camaro, the transmisison is baked... i have a spare 700R4 transmission i can put in there... i know it will bolt up without a problem, but the the shift sensors are different... does anyone know if there is some sort of an adapter out there that i can use or anyway to bypass it? any help would be apretiated...

I honestly never heard of that being done not to mention you would need to change your wiring harness and change your PCM to a ECM not worth it if you ask me. Just check www.car-parts.com (http://www.car-parts.com/) look for a new tranny. Might get lucky and pick one up pretty cheap.

preshate it man... i have found a used trany for 350.00 but i dont trust anything mechanical like that out of a junk yard anymore... 3 bad experiances kinda ruin ya, lol... i think i will just pull the motor, trans, and comp. out of my 86 TA and put in it untill i get my TA restored... then work from there...

That site only listed waranteed sellers. So your not going to install and find it doesn't work and then be stuck with it but any way you see fit to handle it works for me.

oh... i just read back over it and relized what you said... sorry, i am dislexic... it takes me a while sometimes.. thanks a lot man... i went and look and found one for 175 bucks, with only 69K on it... i really preshate it man... anything i can do for you feel free to speek on it... thanks again.
