bumper light removal

i have a question about the orange lights that are on the sides of the front bumper, how do i take those off, i want to buy some clear ones but dont want to buy them until i'm sure that i can do it. so if someone could let me know how to take those off

ya i just got an is300 two days ago and im wondering how to get those yellow side markers off?
