94 Accord LX Electrical Issues

I have several issues that I could use some help with. I will list the issues in chrono oder. I appreciate your comments!
1 - Power windows go up and down at a slow slow pace.
2 - Left rear window dies entirely
3 - Power door locks, left front and rear, stop working
4 - Wiper control starts to delay, slow to engage wipers
5 - Wiper control only works 90% of the time
6 - Rear defroster button begins to rapidly click when engaged
7 - Dash begins to beep on and off, not sure what is beeping!
As of today, the wipers will only work if I hold the control all the way down for manual engagement, the rear defroster button will randomly begin to flash and click (with corresponding clicking noise under above left foot) and refuses to work, and I get random beeps and clicks going down the road.

Maybe a bad altenator. I would get the charging system checked first.
The windows could probably use some silicone spray in the rubber run channels.
Door locks are probably bad actuators.

You are undercharging, like above said, or your chassis to ground path is bad.

Okay, had Pep Boys check the charging system. They reported that everything looks to be okay. Oddly enough, after they checked the charging system, my problems have disappeared!
So, does this point to the bad ground path as suggested above? Maybe a loose terminal or alternater wire which they tightened up for the inspection?

Promblem is back today.
Yesterday, after the Pep Boys Tech tested the battery and altenator, everything was working correctly. The seat belt buzzer beeped, the rear defroster came on when I engaged the button, the wipers worked with no delay, the windows worked at full speed and I has no problems the rest of the day.
This morning, everything is back to screwed up. Seat belt buzzer sporatically beeps, rear defroster clicks when engaged, windows are slow, and wipers work on an extremely delayed engagement.
Honda dealership wants $75 an hour to debug. I'm no mechanic, but is there other things I can try myself to find possible solutions.
