Can someone please give me some idea of how much it costs to get my rear wheal bearings fixed? Or tell me a websight that gives rough estimates on auto services? Thanx.

djane,
I have exact same question. So far I got bearings for $16, right rear. I'm going to attemtp this myself I think.
Wheel will and hub should come off fairly easy. Axle needs special too. I know you need a slide hammer, rentable at any auto store. Then an auger press is needed to get the old one out and new one in. It's been suggested to me that any machine shop or garage will do this for $10 if you take the axel to them.
Does this sound like your experience? I can't afford whole process at garage.
Hoping
