Apex SAFC usable with 300hp?

I have my GT28RS turbo, now im looking for fuel controling options. Ive heard this and that about the AFC being horrible for the 3SGTE, but nobody is ever really clear on what they mean, or how it affects it. Can someone explain why its such a negitive thing? Will it work if im not doing any supertuning, just the average street-joe with 300rwhp?

sorry no info on the safc, but how is the disco potato on the 2, do you have any numbers or pics of it on, and how hard was it to install thanks
