cd player

hey guys, i recently swaped cd players from another explorer same year, both stock, it was workig great, and today for some reason the inbuild cd player stopped working and when i insert a cd it makes a weird noise, cd changer still works but the inbuild cd player doesnt, i cant really descirbe the sound in writing, but its like a fast clickong sound, fast adn then after like 15 sec, cd automatically comes out, anyone has any ideas on this, lights and display on player are good and everythign works. thanks for help
