i have looked all over and havent been able to find really anything as far as a good wiring guide on swappin a b20b into my 89 crx si, so i was wondering if anyone knows of any book, or website, or can explain it to me. any help would be appreciated, since i am hoping to do this swap as soon as i can find all the parts needed! thanks, so if you also have anything like axles, ecu, distributor, off an ls obd0, hit me up.
thanks again

If you're staying OBD0 then I'd imagine it's the same as wiring up for MPFI and swapping in OBD0 dizzy, ecu, etc. Ask bambam89lx he has one in his rex and I think it's OBD0...

Go to http://www.4thgenerationcivic.com/ then click on "how to's" then scroll to find "mpfi" and click.

dude...you need to seriously search on the mpfi swap...
You should be researching that before you ever plan on going with a B20...
But anyway, with the wiring of the B20b into your crx...it's quite simple.
You treat the B20 just as if you would a B18. They're basically the same motor with differences mainly in the block. They share 99% of their parts with each other.
If you plan on staying OBD0, then you would have to find a 90-91 acura integra LS, GS, or RS ECU and distributor from a 5 spd.
If you wanted to go OBD1, it's even easier to find the parts but more wiring is involved.
You would need an ecu from a 92-95 integra LS, GS, or RS 5spd. it's either going to be a PR4 or a P74 or P75...make sure it's obd1. As for the distributor...get one from any 92+ integra non-vtec or any year B20b/z.
You'll then need to get an obd0-obd1 ecu conversion harness and splice in some extra sensors to make ur car obd1. i'll be doing this in the summer so I'll post it up when i do it.

well i dont need to do the mpfi swap though since i have an si, so its already mpfi, i just didnt know what mpfi was, until now! so, i guess im really a newbie, but i understand its about the same as a b18 swap, but that still doesnt help me as far as actually running the wires, like where to run wires exactly. i was just trying to see if anyone knew of anything that i could look at before i swap it, so i can kind of get an idea of whats going on with the wiring.
thanks
