Have you noticed and spots on the street or in the driveway? If you know you're losing oil but can't find any leaks don't worry, VTEC Preludes are known for burning oil, especially if you find yourself using VTEC all the time.
If it is leaking, I hear the oil cooler seal is usually the culprit. The oil cooler is what the filter screws onto. Unscrew that and you should see a nut, 32mm I think, remove that and the cooler should come off and you should see the rubber seal. Someone posted about this awhile ago and that's what it turned out to be. Do it yourself. It's very easy to do but a shop will charge you and arm and a leg. Hope this helps.

At my shop we do a die test for $10. We drop a small bottle of die in and have them bring the car back in a few days. We then run a black light over the motor to see where the leak is. See if anyone in your area offers that.

Yea, that was me. If it is the oil cooler seal, you will have massive oil all over your driveway. You will literally see it pouring onto the road when the engine is on. This is because it is fairly close to the oil pump. Like Oone suggested, you really should stay away from the dealer too. They robbed me for $200 on a job that I was told took maybe 30-45 minutes. An alternative to the die cast would be to get some engine cleaning spray and clean everything off. After your next drive, have a look around for any fresh oil around your valve cover gaskets and other areas.
