Dome light problem

I have a 98 EB 5.0L. I can not locate the relay or module that controls the dome lights (they work fine when dimmer switch is turned all the way on), illuminated entry,and the "AUTO" button on the climate control.
I have checked all the fuses and switched the relays around in the power dist box.

On the 4.0 it's located behind the dash just below the heater-a/c controls.
