Front Bumper Swap

I jus bought an 01 Sentra SE, and was looking into doin a front bumper swap with the 02-04 Sentra SE-R front bumper...i was wondering if anyone knows if it is a direct bolt on swap, or if modification will be needed, and if so...would the modification b minor or major?
