Window Problems

I have a 93 525IT Wagon...and my drivers window appears to have some off its tracks. When I power it UP, it comes up slowly, with the glass tilted all forward. Seems to power up very slowly too.
Any tricks to getting the inner side of the door off to accessthe window?
