I was changing out the plugs on my 95 cutlass, last night. All of the plugs were shot, I Broke every one except for (maybe) two of them. When i was doing the back i know that i broke two(2) of the three (3).
When i got to the front of the motor (supposedly easiest to do), I broke two and was able to pull out the broken piece of one of the plugs before, it fell into the cylinder.
The last plug fell into the cylinder and i forgot that it had fallen (got side tracked by kids, etc). I put the new plug in and thought i was done. I started the motor and RAT TAT TAT TTT... i shut it off and pulled the plug and ran a magnetic down the cylinder and pulled out the metal piece of the plug (the pocelain part with the part number was broke up when i started the engine).
I put the new plug back and started it up again,,, got the same rat tat tat tat... Could i have dropped another plug in the motor with realizing it.
All i wanted to do was changed the plugs and oil and drive it around a little!!
What do i need to do!!!
HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE!!
THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS

Parts of the porcelain might scratched the surface of the piston bore and some might be wedged somewhere. To completely clean the piston bore, you may have to remove the head and visually look and remove any parts of the sparkplugs that might still be in there.
However, you can try to remove all sparkplugs, disable the fuel pump by removing the fuel pump fuse and relay and then start the vehicle a couple of times. The idea is to let the piston move up and down and allow debris to come out of the spark plug hole.
If you ever remove all the debris, then put some anti-seize grease on the sparkplug threads and tighten it less than the torque specs.
