prob' wanted more and stopped the aution to get want he wanted. Sounds fishy to me. If no response, tell eBay about it and I am sure he won't be so happy go lucky in future auctions.
Did he state why the auction ended on eBay. Usualyy have to list why it relisted don't you?

Constructively blow off steam and forward his email to eBay. Please!!!! Shit like that is wrong. I sell on eBay all the time and I would NEVER pull that shit. If he wanted to sell for more then fukn' put a reserve on it.
If you don't I think I will. Could you foward his reply to me. I am sick of this shit.

I am also known as NismoPCParts on eBay.
I come by odds and ends that deal with car parts and PC parts and sell them instead of throwing them away. One man's junk is another man's treasure. But I have never scammed anyone nor will I ever pull the shit he pulled. As can be seen by my feedback.

I dont know why Ebay lets people ends the auction early even though there are bids on the item. I think it is just 12 hours within the ending time that you cant do it. This is not fair for the bidder. This acutally happened to me as well, the seller pulled the item back and resold it, know how you feel man.

Without a doubt, report this scum to eBay. I use eBay a lot, so far only as a buyer, but soon as a seller. This is so wrong. This scumbag should not be allowed to get away with this. No excuses.

hey bump, what you should do is e-mail him letting him know that you will forward his e-mail to eBay if he doesn't come through with the auction. Let him know that if he didn't want to sell that low, he should have put a reserve price. Let him know that the auction is under a contract and that you will notify e-bay if he disregards the issue.

Well, it seems as if eBay could give a shit about buyers rights and they have no policy on what happened to bump909. Those low life, assinine, money hungry, pudwackers replied to my complaint in regards to the sellers emails with this bullshit!
NOTE: They were provided all email correspondence between bump909 and cecekub (AKA FUKFACE!).
And I will be replying to this email!!!

It sucks that the guy wouldn't live up to it even though he doesn't have to. People like that make me mad. Leaving feeback is the only thing you can do. I had only good experiences on eBay untill I tried to buy a computer from a guy that didn't actually have any. Oh well, I got my money back and the INS shiped his illegal ass back to Mexico. That made me feel better.

Well I am done with this! Even though I will still buy and sell through eBay. this one really takes the fukn' cake. This is all that they would tell me. And the funny thing is I specifically requested them to give details to their policy and this is all they sent to me. So, with that...

Hello Brandon,
Thanks for writing to us. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you
with your questions about sellers ending auctions early.
Brandon, as stated in the previous email, any seller has the right to
cancel all bids and end an auction early if they want to. While this is
eBay's policy, if a seller exercises this right too often, bidders
quickly become aware of which sellers do this and may not bid on their
auctions.
If you would like to see a change in eBay policy or have other
suggestions, we would encourage you to write to our Product Marketing
Department by using our web form located at:

users and will gladly review your comments.
Please let me know if there is anything further I can do.

It's okay for a seller to cancel a auction. But if you retract your bid for the same reason, that's a no-no?

On eBay the people can cancel auctions and retract bids. I don't know why eBay says be careful what you bid on, it is a legal contract, becasue both people can back out at anytime and eBay won't do anything except make money off the selling fees.
So hopefully you come in contact with honest people in the future as the internet is a great place to buy things.
