Piston mixing in B16A?

Hey guys I have my engine apart to rebuild and woundering what is the best route to go for new pistons. I have p30's right now and I've read that B16B pistons will yeild 11.1:1 compresion and JDM P73 will yeild 10.7:1? Is this right and what are the part numbers for the two? Also what marks are there to Identify the two?

And What about putting pr4 rods in my B16A good or bad idea? What would be the difference between pr3's and pr4's?

stock b16a with ctr pistons
cyl vol. 398.6cc
head Gasket 2.8cc
piston dome vol. 6.3cc big vol= 436.8
camber vol. 44cc small vol= 38.2 stock b16a=11.43
deck height .5mm+ 2.3cc
