Blower motor 94 3.8L

I came home from work today and the wife told me that the blower motor would not turn off. I checked it out and sure enough it was on and the key was off and out of the car. I looked at the high speed relay and a terminal was slightly melted I have to disconnect the power terminal to turn it off. any ideas???
