well you have to really search but some good site i have come across are your basic one ebay, but the one site that i have found that has nothing but D series stuff its www.d-series.org lots of stuff there for D series only...check it out....

www.exospeed.com - a bit pricey but very high quality products if you're looking to upgrade your d-series. They sell cams, blocks, lots of things, go there and check :)
