Help: 01 Explorer Sport won't shift into 4x4 Low

Hello Everyone,
I think I must be doing something wrong, but when ever I shift into 4x4 low, the truck does not go into this setting. The truck will shift into 4x4 High but will not go into low.

Is there a special way to shift into 4x4 low, as I have tried everything from stopped, to cruising at 10 mph, and doen't shift.

Would anyone be able to suggest what might be wrong?

vehicle must be stopped, in neutral, and have the brake depressed to engage 4x4 low

Try not to sift into 4x4 low.
It's not worth the repair job.

don't EVER go in to LOW range while moving!!!!!
