Gas mileage

Hey all - I'm just looking for suggestions for what would make my '90 (3.1) run rich. It's been getting terrible gas mileage, and the exhaust smells very rich. No codes. I replaced the 02 sensor tonight, (I had an extra new one laying around), but I haven't been able to check mileage yet obviously. Overall, the car seems to run great - just smells rich and gets bad mileage. Thanks!
