Exhaust problems?

How much should I expect to pay for a new exhaust on my 88 4runner v6 3vz-e auto trans? The whole thing is rusting away and exhaust is spilling out from the holes along the pipe. It also seems that the headers are rusting out. Any one got some ideas on cost so I don't get ripped off? Thanks
