heres some more info on my problem
my engine has 160000 miles and i use
restore with my oil. a month or two ago
i checked the oil and it was high so i let
some out and filled 2 soup cans.
yesterday morning i took out about 4
more soup cans full of oil. i cant tell if
it smells like gas because i have a cold
about a week ago i put in some octane
boost too and last night it started idling
really rough and it was doing somthing
alot like missing im not sure if the problems
are related. any

Might be more helpful if we knew what you had, car or truck, year, model, engine size etc. Check you coolant level in radiator and see if your oil has a weird color, such as light brown etc. What you describe sounds like a blown head gasket, and coolant may be leaking into oil. bad situation for sure. Could be gas if you have a S-10 and a 4.3 as these can have injection issues that can add gas to oil because of leakage. Again, bad. Please advise specific information on the vehicle, but check that coolant.
