RESETTING '96 to '00 Heater control panels

Does anyone know the PROPER reset procedure for the heater panels (when they are flashing)?

I have done it several times with instruction from the service dept. at Dodge dealer, but they won't give me a straight answer anymore. I know you have to set the heater contol settings at a particular place and hold several buttons, release, wait for some flashes, and then push more buttons to clear the panel.

But..... exactly how, I forgot. Please help. I really don't want to pay $70 for an hour's labor at Dodge for some tech to push buttons on my dash for 40 seconds.

IT WORKS!! (figured out by trial and error...)

#1. Start the vehicle, set <FAN on high>
#2. set <heat setting to Cold>
#3. set <Selector to Panel> ...far left setting.
#4. <Press and hold (int wipe) and wash buttons> for about 4 seconds until all lights illuminate. (they are the lower left button & the button directly above it)
#5 release buttons and <let the lights go blinky-blinky>
#6 when only the top left button blinks <press it>
RESET COMPLETE!!

If it doesn't work, repeat the procedure.
