Plug wire popping off

Was a few weeks ago when I first noticed this when I opened hood to wipe down engine bay. One of the plug wires was sticking up a bit, like it had not been fully seated.
It is slightly possible, but very unlikely I did this.
Anyways I push it back down completely on the plug, go back week or so later, again same one popped up. Pull it out, inspect it, the fomay part looks like the other 3, and is clean...Looks totally normal.
Every time since that I've checked, it is popped up.
WTF?

Use some duct tape to hold it down. Better yet, JB Weld works great for this type of repair.
JUST KIDDING! DO NOT USE EITHER!!!!!
Pull the wire out, take some needle nose pliers and crimp the metal plug clip ever so slightly to make it smaller. This should do it. Sometimes they get wide just from pulling them off of the spark plug. This will make it tight again and it should not come off again.
While your at it, check all the others and crimp them a little too!
