new problem

Well i dont know if this could be do to my need of a hg change , but today while running my car after it warmed up i noticed it was running real rough like almost wanting to stall, then the a/f/r guage started acting upand it was reading very lean like all the way to the left and only one red bar, then if i reved it a lil it rould go to rich and the be normal for one stroke then go back to only red, does anybody have any ideas or is this probally because of my hg?

ive seen that like 30 people have looked at this allready, now is it people dont know , or that you feel its not worthy of answering?
