Rear tailight problem 2001 Explorer Sport

My left turn signal is blinking fast so I thought that the bulb was out and changed it. The brake light and signal on the left side are both out. Checked fuses, changed bulb...............now what? Thanks!

flasher relay. Probably in the area of your I/P fuse panel. Should show it in your owners manual.
