Roadmaster OWNED me!

I was taking my friends to go out bowling with me. I took the camry...I mean 5, 6 foot tall, people don't fit well in a celica. Anyways, i'm coming on 33( Its 2 lanes, a few lights, and really straight...the speed limit is 65 ) I get to a light and up next to me pulls this cool looking, buick road master. It was candy apple red, and gold wire wheels, and whitewalls. Im not racist, but I knew black people were driving it. The windows had a black tint. Dark black. Real dark. Anyways, Im at the light looking over at him...He doesn't rev, neither do I...He doesn't flash his highs, neither do I. The light goes green, He takes off at normal speed, so do I...Then at about 20mph he guns it...Whoa did that thing go! It looked like it pulled away really fast...I didn't even try. I see him later on the road, im doing 80 to try to find him...I see him upahead, He is doing normal speed, so I pull up next to him and roll down my window...Im like :eek7: He is like :pimp: I ask him if he wants to race, He says at teh next light...I know im going to get spanked, but I love racing, (even in v6 camrys)So the next light comes...Its a green, and we keep going...theres only 2 more lights...The next one is red. Im ready to go, the second it turns green...The light turns green, I floor it...I see him about 2 cars back and I'm like :eek7: :eek7: Then I hear that v8 go...Damn...At about 40 he passes me like im in reverse...I pull over at the gas station that he does, I ask him wtf he has under the hood! He pops the hood, its a LT-1 with headers, intake, exhuast, and he claimed he did work to the pistons... He had a full house, he even had people in the jump seats! That would be fun, facing the other way while accelerating...Anyways, is that the stock motor? Oh I almost forgot, the interior was black leather,he had the rear sunroof cover as a flip down tv! It was pretty cool for a ghetto modded station wagon...I think he would have taken my celica he was so fast! Im not going to mess with wagons anymore! :rofl: (A road master is a mid 90's buick hugeass station wagon)

I rode in a stock one (lt) pretty peppy cars for their size.

wagons are back, the magnums another one not to laugh at low to solid 14's when they come equipped with the hemi.

cool story, i knew a guy that put the v6 mustang engine in his station wagon, for what i don't know but it was just funny seeing this station wagon at the street races ready to run.

Yea, I think the LT1's are stock, atleast the 350's are stock, and some came with the...uh..less mentioned "red headed step child" 305.

The Buick Roadmasters are the sister to the Chevy Caprice sedan/wagons.

You could get them with the LT1 motor. But you got the Iron Head LT1, which made a stout 245hp. Rather than the 265-285hp (305hp for SS) of the Aluminum head LT1 found in Camaros.

They were good torque motors, which is why the beasty cars like the Impala SS and Caprices can move like they do.

I think it was a 94-96...According to edmunds they have 260 horse and a lt-1...Cool, still, they dusted me whatever they had...I looked for them on ebay, there pretty cheap for there proformance and size...

Crap I saw that too! It was not like a normal brand suv right? I saw one when I was in califorina! It was so weird, it was about a 60inch (Crappy quality) tv on the outside!
