problem coilovers

Whats up
Ok after hearing the shop who put my coilovers in say that that was the hardest suspension they ever did this made me wonder why? I looked at the front springs and noticed that there is a piece of plastic in front of the spring. I want to know is there a way to lower or raise the car without taking all that stuff apart again bc after wacthing the shop do it i dont think i could even attempt it. Please post the eastiest way to go about raising and lowering my g20. Thanks peace
