Looks like it was involved in more than a 15 mph accident...

I would say spend a bit extra to get a car that's not already broken. But that's just me.

it looks like its very fixable. I cant be certain what all needs done by that one pic so I cant really say how good of a deal it is. It admits there is frame damage so I'd be weary. Frame rack time cost a lot. However If its not that bad and just needs a quick pull it could turn out a great deal.

im used to salvage cars, so I would go for it. I cant really say if it would be a good deal for you because I get them fixed cheap. I get access to a frame rack and other tools free. my 96 gs was wrecked before I bought it and I just wrecked it again. I think that could be 15 mph if it hit the right way into the right thing. Heres a pic of what happened to mine at about 30-40 into the back of a camaro.

This is what happend to me in a 15-20mph accident and the insurance paid $6,700 to get it repaired so think about twice before you buy it. Like Helliviknow said if you have access to a mechanic that does it cheap go for it.
