timing belt install now wont start

i installed new timing belt because tensioner went ........now engine wont start sonunds smooth but a little whinding

You have to line the cam sprocket timing marks up with the lines on the belt & mark on the crank pulley all at the same time :banghead: . I've heard that using the (large) black spring clip paper binders really help holding the T-belt to the cam sprockets. If you are off 360deg on one of them, you will probably have to find TDC on cylinder one & line everything back up. I dont know the exact details for your specific model, best to get a service manual.
