swap ?

so i'm moving back to texas here in a couple of months and totally want to redo my teg. right now it has 251k and wondering if i should swap to a k series type r and turbo it or just totally rebuild the engine in it. i want lots and lots of horsepower

give us a HP goal and a price range and we can tell you what to do.

If you're going to take it apart and rebuild it for turbo, then why not go with a cheaper K-series? Even a Type S would be cheaper (not by a whole lot but still). But I hope you've got a lot of $.

yea goals and budget are needed to help but asuming you want a ton with millions of dollars i'd go with a built K

well i found a site that is selling a k series type r for 5300 so i figure why not get that and then turbo it. would i need another tranny or any other mods for my 92 teg

go to www.hybrid-racing.com and talk to them and they will be able to help you get what you need for this swap. your car would definately get up and go with that motor.
