'98 Caravan Keyless Entry Programming

Anybody know how to program a keyless remote for this vehicle? I already have one working remote.

I am copying this from my 98 Chrysler service manual :

Using a functional key fob unlock the vehicle and disarm the vehicle security system.
Turn the ignition switch to the run position without starting the engine.
Using your functional transmitter press and hold the UNLOCK button for between 4 and 10 seconds maximum.
While holding the UNLOCK button and before 10 seconds passes press and release the PANIC button.
A single chime will sound to verify that your computer is ready to receive a new transmitter.
Within 30 seconds of the chime press any button on each new key fob your are adding.
After 30 seconds or when you turn off the ignition switch the module will end the programming mode and a chime will sound.
When you are done verify the new fob works with the ignition switch off
