Does it start ok when cold? How many miles on it?
Sounds like it may be the throttle position sensor.

Yes it start with no problem when it is cold.
as soon as I shut it of when warm and try to recrank it it dies and I have to put my foot on the gas and then put it in to gear. it will run just fine after that It does not stall out only when starting it up. my thermostate does not move att all as well and these to problems happend at the same time.
thanks a million.
So...only when warm, and only when starting up? No problems any other time. That's very odd indeed.
I'd get the thermostat repaired first, then see what happens. It may be that since the thermostat isn't working properly, a sensor somewhere in the engine (when warm) is sending the wrong message at startup, then once the water circulates for a moment, it clears up.
