dude you forgot to mention the 25 horse power COLD air intake. Damn those honda intakes just arnt the same as our 240 intakes im so jealous. And in nice do you mean, looks pretty and is a show queen??? Cuz yea i guess thats nice looking. But anywho good kits.....um there's only a bagillion out there. There all expensive though, so dont plan on going to wal-mart and buying everything for your 240, like you did your civic. Now check out, www.jspec.com www.enjukuracing.com www.origin-lab.com and the one logik posted. there are plenty more out there too, but those are just a few to choose from. takakaira is a good site but never seems to work for me...dunno why.

So alot of the jap sites aren't really gonna help me because i don't have the s13 silvia front end but i need the side skirts and back bumber and i need the front bumber off a 180sx so it sux..........I should get a hatch

Chuki_breath
01-30-2005, 07:55 PM
no dude no problems...i have a hatch and coupe. There are plenty of kits out there that work. But if i ever buy a kit it will be mixed and matched. I cant seem to find one kit that i truely love. I like pieces of this and that and will prolly end up parting one together. The jap sites are no problem...you just find a kit you like, then have an american company import it for you. like i said www.jspec.com can surely help you in this dilemma.

s13dr1fter

logik23

Ok, so you have a cheap rip off of all the cheap rip offs mentioned by monoxide.

s13dr1fter
01-30-2005, 08:46 PM

If you have a coupe, get the SIlvia ones, and vice versa. I dunno what cheap rip-offs, were just giving you a hard time cause you have a Honda, don'T worry about it.

Its a pity about Buddy Club II since the Real Buddy Club makes some pretty badass stuff.

S13Drifter - Buying a body kit for you car before you do anything else is gonna amount to one more 240 on my list of things to smash with a baseball bat. For the love of god use the $350.26 you have saved up for some 1337 Invadar JDM Ebay tyte Aerokit and put it toward something to do with power (an Auto to Manual swap would do you the most good) or handling or braking or chassis rigity or anything without the words Aero, Body or Wing in the product description.

R.W.240 u do have a point. I could just drop my car with the money i saved. And it will still look good.

These cars look great without any body mods, anyways.

s13dr1fter

For suspension, you can just lower the car with springs, you can go springs and struts/shocks seperatly or go full coilover, with springs there's many different companies, best is to ask what people have and see how they like them, some are stiffer which equals to better handling and hard ride (RS-R race springs) and some are softer, they offer a better ride, but a looser feel (Eibach Pro-Kit), shock/struts have different things you should look at, like how many levels of dampening, and whatnot, defenately do your homework before buying, and there are about 100 different things for coilovers that I don't feel like mentionning right now, so read up and see what you make of it.

I like this guy...didnt b*tch one bit about my post...thats cool

the basic damper kit will do some justice for you. Its not to expensive either. I have the type flex for about 2 years now and i dont have any complaints except for a little bit of rust on the top of the main rod (which adjusts the dampning force). But i daily drive my car(rain, snow, ice, puddles) so i really cant complain. If it was just a weekend driver they would be like new. Im glad you got off this outside fad thing. I mean people expect a 240 to handle nice and have some go....so why not make it that way?? correct.

s13dr1fter
01-31-2005, 09:35 PM
How much was ur flex damper kit?

logik23
01-31-2005, 10:15 PM
I think they go for about 1400$.

Chuki_breath
01-31-2005, 10:27 PM
mine was 1500....i think it was the year they came out??? dunno i think there cheaper now.
