Looks like UT or Hot Wheels. Hard to tell since they used the same mold.

these are ut models. theme hotwheels seem alittle bigger i think

As I recall when UT went under Hot Wheels was expanding their ferrari line and just bought the actual molds off of UT and started cranking out cars from them. The UT and the Hot Wheels 550s *should* be identical.
