Heat problem

My heater fan switch only works on HIGH but does not seem to blow very high at all. Would this be the resistor block talked about or another relay? Thanks for the help

Could be. You might try a jumper directly to the battery and see what the blower motor speed does. I'm guessing it will run at high speed, indicating a resistor block.
